Pet Friendly Apartments in Maryland Heights
Home is where your pets are, and you can bring your four-legged friends with you to Whisper Hollow Apartments. Our residents can live with up to two cats or dogs. In addition to being welcome in your home, your dogs can enjoy off-leash fun in our enclosed dog park. There are trees for shade on hot days, a bench for you to relax while your dog plays, and a convenient bin for keeping the space clean. Pet Policy:
- Whisper Hollow Apartments allows dogs and cats.
- We welcome pets upon approval.
- There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment.
Pet Fees
- There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 for one pet or $500 for two pets.
- There is a monthly pet fee of $35 for one pet or $60 for two pets.
There are breed restrictions. Property staff reserves the exclusive right to make final determinations as to dog breed.
Please bring your pet to the office for an “interview.” We like to meet and get to know all our residents, even our four-footed ones! For further details on our pet policy, please contact our office staff.
